You know, I spent £100 in electricity for one year and 8000 miles. Worth considering, isn't it?

When everyone goes electric watch the price of petrol plummet and the price of electricity go through the roof.

Apart from my Daihatsu fourtrak i have a Renault Kangoo 1.5 dci which has a lowered floor and ramp for wheel chair access. My mum can't walk any more after a couple of mini strokes and MS. It has been an excellent car for transporting her around and for moving heavy, bulky items like washing machines, lawnmowers, cookers etc.

Only thing is the fuel tank was made smaller and the fuel gauge tells lies. Need to be careful and refill before it gets to empty.

Silly me misjudged a width restriction squash point I sailed through with the Doblo, silly arse me took out a wing mirror, complete destruct job, £120 replacement as it is heated and motorised.

Apart from that brilliant, just smooth power. Trying to work out how everything works is a pain as I don't have the instruction book. I think I have finally worked out how to use the air con, but I keep popping open the back loading window while I am driving along, I still can't find what I am pressing. Haven't tried cruise control yet as no long journeys yet. And I still haven't tried the 4 wheel drive options, three of them from what I can see, inc slow speed 4wd for deep mud etc. Still cannot believe what a bargain it is.
