Re: Kdeyb.oarde
That's what we in the trade call "buggered" Doc. Have you got a spare keyboard to verify the fault is definitely in the keyboard?
And If you need a good, low priced, replacement you can't go wrong with one of these... assuming your current keyboard is USB?

Re: Kdeyb.oarde
It is a laptop
Can the keys be cleaned. I tried some air spray, it made no difference.

Re: Kdeyb.oarde
Start the laptop up again - see if that fixes it.
Also check the keyboard/language settings tab - usually bottom right on Windows.
You can use a USB keyboard with a laptop - if thats any help.

Re: Kdeyb.oarde
Ah, I know little or nothing about laptops other than "most" of their parts are non user serviceable. Firmly press each key 4 or 5 times just to check that one or more are not stuck. I'm assuming you'd have said if you'd spilt something on it. Other than that there's not much I can suggest without actually seeing the laptop. Plugging in an external keyboard would be good too, if you have one, to prove the fault one way or another..
