OK OK don't tell her I told you, it is Nadia's snoring. She has had her adenoids removed, and she has sleep apnea because of it and that can be dangerous 'cos you stop breathing. It has been getting worse and she is now going to go to specialist to check her out.
All I want is some bloody sleep ordinary physical sound blocks like ear plugs don't work enough.

Have you tried the silocone ear plugs i use thouse wen the wife snores and boy does she snore they work for me you get them moulded to fit in the iner and outer ear
