That is the way I viewed it, I saw it more as a joke than serious. I really am not sure what Brit's agenda is in this, but it does seem to be one sided.

those active on both forums may well feel less freedom to express genuine opinions on HFS

Also, I'm not sure how the 5 minute rule prevents individual members of HFS and AoS being bullied on AoS.
What it certainly does is to preserve for the institution of HFS any incendiary posts written by individual HFS members.

Marco has invented a rule that any posts he doesn't like being posted here by AoS members will mean he will ban those members if they don't remove them, and he sends them threatening emails to remove it. This rule is to give them an excuse not to as they wont be able to, so he has no justification for banning them.

AND more importantly it tells him he cannot moderate our forum by proxy.

You are wrong I have documentary evidence been passed to me by someone who asked him about it and the reply was he was right to do it and will not apologise and would do it again and still feels the same way about it - as I say the man is bonkers and sub human.

How are you imagining he will behave towards those who post negatively about him here unde the 5 minute rule?
I can see how the rule protects anti-Marcl posts for the purposes of HFS. Their authors? Not so much.
