I will go first - none of the feckers. Anyway I can't as we haven't registered at the new address yet. But even if I could I would just pass and watch with amusement.

Officially I am still a British Citizen and could vote - but I've been out of the UK for so long I haven't a clue who to support.

Dutch cabinets are invariably comprised of 2 or 3 parties all trying to get things done their way. At the moment it is a joint venture between the equivalent of Labour AND Conservative groups, this provides much amusement/irritation when they disagree and are forced to compromise on just about everything.

Labour every time. Not even about the policy's anymore, just a reflection of your class.

We have an ineffectual 'photo-opportunity' grip-n-grin lady as our Tory MP. Suffolk Coastal is so polarised full of Tory voting Woopies, I don't think the others stand a chance here frankly, as you could put a blue rosette on a turd and it would be voted in... I lost it with the Lib-Dems over the tuition-fee about turn, UKIP have too many racists currently, but Labour won't have a vote on Europe...

My guitar hero (well, one of them), Steve Hillage, has posted on Facebook that the Greens want copyright on music to only be valid for fourteen years. That would wipe out most of his back catalogue for him as well as others with careers lasting decades...
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way...The time has gone, The song is over, Thought I'd something more to say...

mr hillage is scaremongering for self interested reasons , green policy is to shorten copyright , a figure as not been mentioned .

it would also not wipe out his back catolgoue , it would essentially mean that the general public could not be ripped off by being sold the same record is a different format for full price every 10 years .

Also there is no automatic connection between no copyright and the none receipt of royalties , it can be freedom to publish not freedom to use free .

Bump

Well so far in our mini election it looks like a Lib - Lab pact is winning with Con - Ukip pact in second.

I'm surprised to see UKIP doing so well.
