there is dichtomy between what powers you divolve and what stays national , two much and it would be absurd . For instance how could Birmingham have different speed limits , vat rates , income tax , education than say Nottingham . There are also no real boundaries .

Scotland is a distinct country with its own laws , history and geography with a very distinct boundary .

Ok make it Federal with NI, Wales, Scotland, England as the four States. So your suggestion please as to how we solve the differences between the N and S in England.

We (SNP) had 10 seats prior to yeterdays election, and i think we held our own in the HOP
