Christ I feel shit!
Got a stinking bloody cold and feel completely shit! I don't do colds and can't remember the last time I had one, it's at least 7 or 8 years. This bastard has really got me by the throat though and I DON'T LIKE IT !!! :eusa-violin:

I'd agree with the Doc and I also think bed rest is good as raising my temp always seems to speed recovery for me. Once you recover you will get a bounce-back where it feels great just to be normal again. hope it comes soon for ya

Sounds like a nasty strain (Is there any other kind) of "Man Flu" you have their Zebbo.
