Nicknames?
Do you, or did you, have a nickname? Maybe not just the one you use here, but one from 'real life' ...for those of you that have one.
Obviously 'slinger' is a nickname, given to me by a guy I used to work with due to the way I throw darts. My other nickname when I was with B.T. was 'Ringo' but I never wore an inordinate number of rings, or played drums...or had a big hooter. If you can work it out I'll award you a Gold Star.

Re: Nicknames?
I'm not sure if this constitutes a clue or not, but I used to identify with the Robert Cray (see "Your Last Listen") track 'Strong Persuader' for a long time. If nothing else it might get you to listen to some Robert Cray though.

Ronnie, Reggie, and Robert - The Cray triplets? I think Robert's skin colour might have upset dad Dave Kray.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:Was he one of the Cray twins

Re: Nicknames?
My name is Gordon so I'm called Gus. Sometimes I'm call Vic.
The full name is Gordon Victor Steadman. Vic was because when I use to race, there were already three Gordon's at the club.
Gus is because, when I were a lad (middle earth) I used to write the 'V' like a 'U'.
Other than that, I can only remember being called 'idiot', 'prat' and 'dum dum'.
