Welcome to the site. Since buying the Phono 1 I have seen vinyl in a completely different light.

Evening all,
Usual story, been lurking a while and thought it'd be best to join up and join in. My main source is a diy turntable using a gyro motor and home built psu. Also use a marantz pearl lite cd player and the matching amp. Phono stage is an EE minimax running through a diy passive into the power amp section of the marantz. Speakers are tannoy 6.2's
Like all sorts of music but mainly rock, blues or zeppelin.
Hope to be around and maybe even take up the Doc's loan offer as I'm interested in what nva sounds like compared to my set up. Also interested in the phono 2 and how it would compare to the minimax after the results of the recent bake off.
All the best, Dave

Welcome to HFS Dave. A diy turntable is a bit hardcore.

Well, I get bored at work! It currently has a 60mm platter and an inverted bearing with opposing magnets now. I'll post some pictures in a separate thread at some point

Maybe your pictures are too big (pixels) ?
