I am reading the same old bollocks and lies I have been reading for over 30 years, it is why I did this interview in 1992 - https://www.nvahifi.co.uk/richard-dunn-interview
Extract -
Q: What are the main ideas you hold in designing your products?
A: The basic concept is not to use anything that is not needed. There is no such thing as a good component. All components are bad, but some are less bad than others. There is only one good thing and that is nothing. The way I design my products is to use the simplest circuit possible, and make the most of it, and make a good product that the customer can buy at a reasonable price.

and wrote this earlier - https://www.nvahifi.co.uk/nva-philosophy/

and later on this - https://www.nvahifi.co.uk/nva-design/

You would think that someone so determined to talk about nva would have read them, obviously not. Would a member at AAddicts put the links up, sorry by doing so you will be called an arse licker.

Well I never let anyone lick my arse as it would probably damage them with all the chemicals from my pills.

More lies from Bigman / somethingfunny at Aaddicts

"The dealer gets paid his part and glen gets his

You pay Richard, and he gets the dealers portion too."

There is no dealer margin so how can I get it. As I have repeated and repeated and.............................repeated I sell to everyone at trade price. If I put dealer margin on the product would have to be 50% more expensive. If I was an established controller of retailers I may get away with 30%, but new into the shop a retailer wouldn't touch it for less than 50% margin.

Now lets look at value, name me other UK made product you can buy a pre and power and speakers and all cables for £600. Through a retailer it would be £900.

It is so daft me not allowed to deal with these lies and dissing, it is in fact against on-line rules and I will think about reporting it. Either stop the dissing and lies or let me respond.

He's doing a good job of that himself but is being backed up by Macca while Andrew twiddles his thumbs I'm afraid.

I think it is time you lot left the eeediots to just play with themselves, you are giving them credibility they don't deserve. It will not change as it is dominated now by snakeoil knobs with no where else to go.

The moderation is completely biased and now Classicrock has been the victim of it.

Savvy has tried to be neutral but even he is being lied about, and DSJR has just become a house pet. Nothing positive will come out of it, it should be just left to die.

It's these kind of antics which are putting me off conversing with people on forums. In fact it has ruined the whole thing for me, i can't be bothered to look at any of them any more. With a few exceptions they are largely populated by insecure, opinionated, self righteous attention seekers who really should get a life and stop wasting their time arguing.

They generally have one thing in common being either members at AOS or Snakeoil. I note Snakeoil even bills itself as 'Audio Forum For Nutters'. Sums them all up really. To be fair Andrew has now removed the offensive posts last time I looked. If he bans mention of NVA as threatened will be just giving these idiots what they want.
