Well the first agendas appear, it seems this forum was created to become a SLIC shill fest as over 50% of new post are on this subject http://theaudiostandard.net/thread/70/s ... pse-cables all the usual culprits are there inc the eye in his lair in darkest Huddersfield.

I think we have found ourselves a new source of fun

I don't see a shill here but probably not surprising Martin wanted to post his write up following the AOS SLIC ban. In fact his comments about performance sound realistic and he is not recommending them for lesser systems as a fix all. Their problem is they are over the price most would want to pay for a cable irrespective of how good they are.

Unfortunately if SLIC is mentioned it is inevitable the usual suspects will join in. Frank brought it up on his first ''hello' post. Hopefully they will give up and no MCRU in evidence may result in the subject dying. I don't see how much more can be said about this cable in any case. On to the next 'flavour of the month'.

Did you expect to be 'pre-banned'

I'm going to start a book on how long Richard will last. A fiver says he won't make it to the end of July, who wants a piece of that?

So what do you know of this as a man in the know  was it SLIC that caused the fall out ?

I have no idea. I haven't asked and no-one has mentioned it. I don't think it was any one particular thing. I suspect Martin just fancied trying to make a go of it on his own.

Aside from the no 'trade members' thing it does seem to be just a clone of AoS, though. Perhaps there are other USPs that we haven't seen yet.

A clone with a distinct advantage of not being owned and dominated by Muccus.
