They are blaming the EU for their own economic crisis caused by mismanagement. Boris will almost certainly do the same.

The Euro-countries would happily dump Greece along with Spain, Italy and Portugal as the rest of us are subsidising them.

But, if you are suffering genuine hardship, then logic is of little consolation.

agreed to some degree, however the EU violating their own rules in letting them into the EU and Euro in the first place, was also a huge factor

Not so sure, the EU always proritised Political Union over sensible economics. if those countries left it would be an admission that the project is failing

I just wanted to ask where 'we' get our cultural influences from? I've felt for ages that we are more influenced by the USA than anywhere in Europe. Has to be said, whether 'we' like it or not...
We are being influenced by the USA, but only by what we see on the tv shows or what they want us to see. I had a number of American friends when I lived abroard, they too were disgusted with their own polotics. As to the EU, in my opinion, it was a big mistake to invite eastern european coutries in.

Well I think we are finally going to uphold democracy and leave the Eurotwats to it....about bloody time, I miss bent banans and it's good to see the royal mint churning out Brexit 50p coins to celebrate......three cheers for BoJo.
Not keen on this deal malarkey though, better off telling Junker to whistle.
