Its also interesting to see that our old friend Moon the Loon has added his thoughtful input to the NVA A70 Cap update thread:

Why are people so keen on Class A supplementary heaters?

It's interesting that the capacitance in some capacitors rises with age.

Is there any detrimental effect to sound quality or reliability if this happens to power supply caps in a solid state power amp?
