Little clue: There were different covers for the US/European market and the band's home one. This is the one we could buy.

Aussie band ?

For those fighting back their curiosity about the last album.
The photo is of Husker Du as tribute from fellow-SST Records band fIREHOSE who were effectively the Minutemen with a new guitarist after the death of D Boon. 'if'n' was their second album.

None of them. The Strokes are from New York. But INXS were highly influenced by the searched for band.

No. The band itself was influenced by MC5 and the Stooges and later had some projects with members of those bands.
