When my free trial is up on qoboz how do I ensure my subscription is cancelled.

I think you might have problems. My initial post on this thread was something of a shot from the hip after I had had a few and found out my package had not be downgraded after numerous requests. Now I am convinced it is a language problem and nothing more sinister. I am making progress but things are not completely sorted. One reply was all in French. I think it is luck of the draw and you need to hope that someone with a good understanding of English responds. If they want to expand in the US they have to improve communications.

Go to your account on www.qobuz.com
Go to the My Music tab in the section “Unlimited Music (Streaming)”
Click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link on your active account
Validate the operation
If you have subscribed using a third-party application (like Apple), cancelling the account must be done directly through their service.

Give it a try. Might be more straightforward than changing subscription.
