My subscription was due for renewal today. I told them on numerous ocasions that I wanted to downgrade from Sublime+ to Studio. paying £250 and not £300 because I do not make any download purchases. I have just found that they have taken£300 off me
The credit card payment will be cancelled and i will go back to Tidal.

I emailed them a few times before the debit saying I wanted to downgrade. Got meaningless replies back. I was out all day today and came home tonight to find they had taken £300 off me. I was fuming. I sent them a very stroppy emai and await their response.

I have cooled down now. It was a bit of a shock coming home last night after a few to find that they had ignored my messages and taken £50 off me without authorisation. I plan to cancel the payment and rejoin the Studio plan. They have made a pigs ear of something that should have been very simple.

It's 50 quid. Calm down.

Is posting on a public forum that Qobuz are 'rip off bastards' your idea of rewarding a company that have given you unlimited high quality streams of every cheesy 1970s rock album ever made?
