'No-one Cares About Your Creative Hub So Get Your Fuckin’ Hedge Cut' by the mighty HMHB beats everything else released this year.
'It’s A Wonderful Life. It’s a wonderful film, but the more I watch it the more I want Potter to succeed. Not least when that lot up the road come out into the street every New Year’s Eve, drunk on Ptolemy’s hock, hugging each other and going “Hee-haw, hee-haw”…'

Never thought much of Jimmy Stewart in his other films, but that Wonderful Life scene where he is breaking-down at the bar table - phenomenal acting! One of my all-time best scenes. Stewart must have dredged-up some bad memories to pull off acting of that quality.

Off topic, I know...but speaking of great film acting : I hate William Shatner but you gotta give credit on that Twilight Zone episode where Shatner alone is witnessing a gremlin on the wing of the airplane. He is remarkable there.
