Round whatever: What record am I listening to?

I bought this album off the back of hearing a track on a freebie CD with Uncut magazine at the time. I must confess that said track apart (can't remember which one) I couldn't stand the rest of the album one bit and ultimately gave it away. Am I right in thinking there is one track at the end that consists of over 20 minutes of silence?

It was a total unknown for me - now to ponder what is suitable for the next round.
