I saw Hiseman and his wife Barbara Thompson playing together several times. He was one of the most accomplished musicians of his generation. RIP.

Only saw JH a few months back at the Robin2 with his new band JCM.
Brilliant performance and no indication that anything was amiss.
A great drummer...what a loss

I still rate Colosseum Live as my aii-time favourite live album. Fabulous line-up and all of them at the top of their games.

I never cared for it. Studio lps way better.

The Colosseum back in the late 60's/Early 70's were awesome.. Barbara actually played on some of the early swirley stuff
