Alquin - Mountain Queen A tasty dollop of Dutch jazz-prog, although the emphasis is more on the prog than jazz. I think this is their best album. For a Dutch band, they sound quite "English" at times, sort of Soft Machine meets Atomic Rooster but with more guitar.

A truly gorgeous album.

Chiming guitars, sweetly nostalgic/melancholic songs and the voice of an angel.

Bob Mould 'Workbook'

Primarily acoustic first solo effort from ex-Husker Du frontman.
I never really appreciated this before now - it is a work of maturity (something I lacked at the time).
