Anton Bruckner, Symphony No 8; VPO / Karajan (1989). My first time listening to this. The work has appeared in a critics poll of the top 20 symphonies of all time, a well deserved accolade even after just one listening.
19th C Romantic era music isn't always my cup of tea, but towards the end of the period, I find things get a bit more interesting.

Traffic Welcome to the canteen. Their first live album from 1971. Used to play 40,000 headmen, feelin' alright and light up or leave me alone in a band i was in 23 years ago. Fantastic music.

Fantastic Stu, one of my favourites, in fact John Barleycorn and Low Spark would be desert island choices.
Hi Andy. I have been playing this record a lot lately. I especially love the track written by Dave Mason called You shouldn't have took more than you gave.
Have you heard any of his solo work ?
