Did they perform at Glastonbury? Would seem to be that sort of band from the clues.

Saw them at The Pink Toothbrush in Rayleigh, back in the day. They didn't make it on stage til gone midnight.

Can't remember the name of the album but remember the Stooges cover - Little Doll
