AUDIO TAPE

Have just received some new TIS interconnect cables in a Pizza Box sealed with NVA parcel tape.
I could have sworn that when I ripped it off the sound was more clear and crisper than the normal brown or clear tape.
Your comments please if you have experienced the same.

I always used TDK Audio Tape but it was never sticky or associated with a pizza box, though come to think of it the boxes are similar if thinner.

As long as the tape doesn't leave a brown residue on my magnetic head, it's good enough for me. :text-tmi:

ALL tape sheds some oxide or leaves a residue, fortunately isopropyl alcohol works on both!
