But he's building an electronic circuit based on what his ears like. He uses a tool to tell him what those values are. Are you deliberately not reading what he's writing?

I challenge anyone to hear crossover distortion unless they know what they are listening for.
String quartets and brass sections are good ways of hearing it.

I have deleted a number of posts that started with one where the man was played instead of the ball.

Having deleted that, there were a number of posts that followed on that became redundant.
