Next one will be better. Or a sideways step. But the wiring will be inside so that's something.
I have several improvements in mind
Analogue: oracle delphi sme 309, jbe series 3 cx unipivot dv20x2l, roksan xerxes tabriz vm750, jvc ql-y5f rigb at440, jvc ql-y3f vm750, lenco 75, technics sl150

Phono stages: cole lcr, benedict audio hothead

Digital: cyrus cd7, wiim mini x2, topping e30, jds labs el dac 2+

Amplification: nelson pass b1, nelson pass f5

Speakers: 15" fane aperiodic wardrobes

Cans: myryad z40, hifiman sundara + deva, fostex t50rp, sennheiser momentum on ear +over ear, b&w p5 and p7

Thanks for posting all this Vinyl-ant. I find projects like this interesting and inspirational.

The weakest sonic area of the commercially sold unipivots that I've heard has been the bass. Do you have any thoughts on how your arm compares to a decent gimbal arm in this area?

Figured out what was causing the static problem.
Proximity to the curtains......
They are nylon. And also drag on the carpet.
Who knew.
Put the deck back in its usual place and no issues
Hooking the wires over the tie back hook might have made it worse

Re the bass on this one, comparing it to the audiomods arm on the Garrard, mine isn't shy.
It's perhaps unfair to compare with it being on the 301, 301 bass is 301 bass but the arm has better bass than the AT1100 does and they were on the same deck at the same time.
I have used the mayware f4 and I think it's abit better than that, and from memory abit better than the roksan Nima. But it's a long time since I heard the Nima and I really liked that arm at the time
