It has to be seen in conjunction of what it is connected to, there is load there, there is load all over, everywhere there is an interface. Some really silly cables are just unwound capacitors - Goertz for example or a lesser extent Litz construction are way over these figures. But if used with equipment that is suitable they are fine, if a bit like trying to cure a fault that shouldn't be there in the first place, and all filters (which is what they are) will remove some music.

Goertz speaker cable will fry a NVA amp in seconds, and Litz cable make it go unstable, not so critical with interconnects, more that it will effect the music and often its frequency balance if it is behaving as a filter.

This I know to be true!
Audio Grail "Sable" Garrard 401 with Cumbrian Green Slate plinth / Audiomods 6 / Benz Micro Gullwing SLR, Phono 2, NVA INT400sa. (Oh and a Copland CDA823 CD Player, for when I fancy a bit of the devil's spawn!)
