Why does lyndsey require to know the miles I do in my car. If the context is given I will.

You could answer that to any question and mostly you do. You are peculiar, I have noted it from first contact. When ever you feel in a competitive or conflict situation. So you just irritate and exacerbate the problem. Be honest for once in your life.

Why does Lyndsey need to know the miles I do........
I'll tell you why so he can pronounce I can save money and buy a bigger house to accomodate the sound he likes.
I love where I live, might not be to Lyndsey's taste or size but suits me. No one can take that from me. It's my HOME.

I've answered the question. Between 0 and 50k miles, if there is a reason to be more precise I'd be happy to do do.
