His 'Wealth of Nations' is a cracking good read, too.

How does one draw a line between a truth and a truism, given that a truism must, by definition, be true?

The original LP12 had a few design issues.

The Techie 1200 series TT's were quite popular.

Marcos 1210 is a £30000 TT killer.... :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

1, All speakers are crap - but some are less crappy than others.

2. Digital colours the sound less than analogue! You may not like the end result but it's true.

3. The general public out there couldn't give a toss about 'High Fidelity Sound' now as most use phones/personal music players and cheap headphones and all this 'legacy' stuff we use is just piles of ugly looking boxes!
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way...The time has gone, The song is over, Thought I'd something more to say...
