Bugger! Of course it is.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:That is for bi-amping, not bi-wiring.slinger wrote:Just a thought on the "biwire" front, try keeping the LS3 for the bass, and use a pair of LS1s for the treble. That's the way I've got mine set up, and i.i.r.c. it's the method that was recommended by the Doc in days gone by.

Re: NVA LS 3 speaker cable.
Well, I took delivery of these babies last week and by heck they're bloody good. My only wish is that I wish I'd waited till I had the dosh for the LS5 but hey, I ain't complaining. The LS3 have injected life into my old Tannoys and work a treat with my Avondale Voyagers. I have strictly adhered to the Doc's instruction with regards to their connection etc and as a result am pretty bowled over with the blighters. System now up and running again. Jollity.

You just trade up for no loss when you are ready.
Perhaps you will have the guts to tell them about it at AoS
Whoops! you already have

Perhaps my moaning worked, as Progs thread at AoS has some NVA-ers coming out of the woodwork.

Kazim and Terrybooth that I can remember off the top of my head. Anyway LS7 no longer exists it has been promoted to the Statement Range and is now called TSCS (The Speaker Cable Statement) and has a metal mesh sleeve now that acts as a Faraday Cage.
