Let's face it - would you want to go through life being called 'Herbie Flowers'.
The man is/was a damn fine bass-player and was one of the top UK session players in the 70's.

Re: NVA LS 3 speaker cable.
As proven with his work with David Bowie, T Rex and the CCS version of "Whole lotta love" - totp's theme tune.
Herbie not his real christian name.
Saw Sky in the early 70's and for me a little variable both in quality of music - some really good stuff and some really naff - and the sound quality. What I remember I very nearly retired to the bar rather than listen, although didn't.
Greenslade have been the only band I have retired from ever as the quality of the sound on that night was particularly bad. However, I did enjoy their early studio albums!
Either that or my memory is playing tricks.

I agree about Greenslade - not renowned for their recording quality although the music was good.
Love the Avatar, Lordie - used it myself on Social Media for a while until my friends complained that it made them queasy.

Re: NVA LS 3 speaker cable.
I remember once trying to have a conversation with Dave Greenslade. What a grumpy b.....d! I loved the Lawson years but i tghing they lost it after the third album. I am right into Big Big Train at the moment. Got tickets for their gig in August can't wait. Are you getting to any of the Crimson gigs Lordie? I'll be at the Manchester gig.

Re: NVA LS 3 speaker cable.
I would agree in part young Mr Pop though i think that it isn't BBT at fault. The tune was a damned fine one and should have been left alone.
