The Garrard is a tractor, this is a Swiss watch.
I have to say that is really quite cool.

But I do know the difference between ploughing a field and telling the time.

So how does this help me fix my Garrard?

Simple, take it all apart, clean and lightly grease, and straighten the bent bits, failing that, put back in the loft.... :confusion-confused:Oh,and get a squeezebox touch...

Nah, this is my favourite autochanger - I grew up with one of these -

I've said what to do to fix an SP25! It's a bloody Garrard Autoslim with the changer parts either disabled or removed entirely and problems that occur are known and an easy fix - usually!

Incredible engineering skills lost in the digital age. It probably didn't do the records a lot of good though. Laughed my head off that after all that clever innovation it just dropped the record on a hard surface. Garrard were a sad loss - they produced serious engineering at real world prices - probably why they didn't survive the 70s. Sp25 was my first proper TT.
