It is NXT under a different name. Never heard any NXT tech in action though so I remain open-minded. I recall the TDK sub/sat combo getting good reviews many years ago now. They never come up on ebay for some reason, even though they were an inexpensive mass-market product.

They claim to have developed the technology .

it is now found in naim's 30k ovator and rega's £7100 rs 10. Of course price is not guarantee of quality caveat .

The technology is basically flawed, it can never replace proper well designed and built drive units.

Lots of manufacturers claim that they have developed the technology but just because they say they have doesn't necessarily make it so. I'm particularly suspicious of Naim because of their crazy pricing. Lots of marketing needed to convince folk to stump up the extra. I've checked out a few of these BMR now, parts Express have a number of different variants. All with low sensitivity and that would seem to be the main issue. I'd be interested in what the other flaws are. A driver just has to move air at the right frequency, if it can do that does it matter how it does it?

i am becoming intrigued by these . They are full range drivers and therefore need no x-over . DAN
