Richard (Doc)
Are you still using your SR80i? If so, do you still like them?

Re: Headphones
I am out of that phase at the moment, it was induced by Jammy. I have two good sets of headphones for future use, yes SR80 is one of them. I will get the new foams eventually for them. My brain and effort is into the middle set of the Cubix Pro at the moment.

Re: Headphones
I agree with your analogy, regarding the SR80i sounding like a good flat earth system.
I understand what you mean, Richard.

Cheers Doc got the Pioneer Pro Monitor 10 cans.......They are indeed a bit special, not bad for 40 Yeas old.
Will endeavour to get them re-padded.

Re: Headphones
Yes nice aren't they. I got them when I was building your special and for while I got into headphones, but they get no use now, I am entirely speakers again unless I need to test a headphone socket. So pass them on and give someone else the pleasure. I think I about broke even on them.
