The upstairs will be just a nite-like everyone else- it means the front room can be turned back in to a hi fi room.

Finger moving when asked is a BIG moment, it means paths are growing again.

It seems I could have easily joined you. I have massive DVT in my left leg, if a bit breaks off and goes to the brain then you have a stroke. Blood thinners now so unlikely any will now break off, and the body could take months or years to absorb it.

Better be careful when you urinate then.

Seriously though, glad to hear you are improving. :)

Blockages are potentially worse, I had high blood pressure which I didn't know about , so one of my blood vessels ruptured. Blockages cause more fatalities and effect the right and left brain equally.

I've managed the stairs , so I've moved back in to marital bed and I can give up weeing and pooing in a bucket. She is nearly as happy as me with respect to the latter.

Well ,life as pretty much normalised. I'm still walking with a small quad stick but I can only do 50yds or so. My arm moves as do my fingers but not in anything you'd call co-ordinated movement. Endless hours of repetition to come.

Trying to cure the spastiticy in my arm and leg. In my leg I'm due to have BOTOX to relax my hamstring , so I can bend my knee and get a better gait. In my arm it's just a question of exercise so the brain signal marries up with my arm and thus the spasticity stops.

My home for 9 months as gone back to the suppliers and the front room is changing from hospital ward to HiFi room.

And I've got a mobility scooter. I'm the youngest person I've seen using one but it's great for trips to the pub and supermarket. Most people just stare in disbelief I'm think I don't need it.

Good to see you are progressing. Better look out for the police when you are coming back from the pub.
