I never ever thought that anyone is 'obliged to take my advice.' My laughing emoji was posted before the other comments were added, which are untrue and utterly disgraceful, jealous and bitter in my opinion. Don't worry, no point in adding any more to this thread.

OK, well it seems the person who sold it me - on ebay-was confused as to what is a moving coil and what is a moving magnet.

Though the amp works OK, it deosnt go very loud.

More soldering with one hand.

Now if only I had knowledge of the resistor colour bands :lol: .

Taken the resistors out. It takes extra time having to do it with one hand but you soon get the hand of it.
