P50SA mk2, latest spec

Unread post by Copperblue »

I’ve just acquired a nearly new P50SA mk2, which is to the latest spec.

It sounds really really good, open detailed but not bright - very natural, typical NVA

I’ve noticed when I change the volume I can hear a faint noise through the speakers - sort of quiet rustle. Is that normal for the new SA volume pot on the current SA preamps ?

Thanks in advance

With a very efficient speaker you may be able to detect a very slight rustle. Just about audible (with ear next to speaker) with 99db Klipcsh at mine. Nothing with Cubes.
