Looks like Cees has kept his old design team and is busy with his own R2R NOS chips.

Sonnet have launched their first product - a DAC called the Morpheus which claims similar performance to the Metrum Pavane at half the price. (3500 euro)

Metrum might have gone under as their production was based in China - which will affect a lot of other audio companies.

I've just got a newsletter from Metrum Acoustics, who still appear to be in business.

Main points are that they are selling off the remaining stocks of their Forte amplifier at 30% discount and are awaiting delivery of their all-new Transient 3 NOS DAC chips.
