Currently have Phono2 + extra PSU.
I retire at the end of August and could afford a possible upgrade to the Analogue Statement before I have to start living the life as a pensioner.
What can I expect to hear?
Is it just a one box affair?
Grateful for any advice...thank you.

Re: The Analogue Statement
It is very much cosmetic, and that costs. In other ways it is the same as a P3. All phono stages with proper power supplies have to have them in a separate box, if they don't and you want the best then don't buy it.

It's a long drive Shamanic but you are more than welcome to listen to my P3 + 2x BBPSU.
You would, of course, be listening to my TT, arm, cart and the rest but it might give you an idea. I moved up from P2 + 2 PSU.

Audio Grail "Sable" Garrard 401 with Cumbrian Green Slate plinth / Audiomods 6 / Benz Micro Gullwing SLR, Phono 2, NVA INT400sa. (Oh and a Copland CDA823 CD Player, for when I fancy a bit of the devil's spawn!)
