NVA AP10H/RS1
I'm enjoying this NVA/Grado combo. Sounds really nice! The RS1's will do for now until I can get my hands on some GS1000's.
NVA goes well with Grado.

I'm surprised you're asking me this. I thought you already knew!
The GS1000 is the Grado statement headphone. Current wood one is now the GS1000e & GS2000e. The Professional series have metal/wooden hybrid cups.
The ''S'' is just the initial of my first name.

No, mines are a little older. Not sure of their true age/vintage. I'm guessing that mines are around 12-16 years old. The origins of the RS1 goes way back to around 1995/6. Have went through quite a number of revisions. Plenty write-ups to read over on Head-Fi community.wallace47 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 02, 2017 7:41 pm Hi Shane,as it happens i have been using the same set up for a few weeks now.Are my RS1's older than yours ?? they have not got a button on them and the writing is different, how old are yours mate. And yes they work well with the ap10 so much that i have sold all the other phones now.

Re: NVA AP10H/RS1
Have you tried Grado SR225's, Shane? I certainly prefer them to the SR325 - but I have yet to get hold of a pair of RS1 (or RS2) for comparison.
