Hope the Mk 2 Cube 3s come to fruition, I'm definitely up for some Cubix or even Cubix Pro action once ive cleared some room and funds.

If enough people want the baby re-introduced and the Doc can find time, I'd say to go for it! Loads of smaller rooms that could benefit from this kind of presentation :)

Been listening for 3 hours.

These 3's shine with a good recording! But makes mince meat out of bad ones.

Very ''honest'' speakers.

Doc,

Can you remember the make of the bass drivers? They look a bit like the KEF B110.

They are Bextrene like the KEF but that is all they have in common, they were made by Dalesford.

Dalesford Speakers Limited (later Dalesford Loudspeakers Ltd.) had their factory in Pudsey, Yorkshire, England in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Set up in 1976 by John Sugden helped by his 2 sons. They were primarily an OEM drive unit manufacturer, many of their units were physically similar to the KEF range, and also used Bextrene as the cone material.

They are no longer trading.
