By the way, I have NOTHING to do with the BMU and know not how to make one. I've enough sh**e in my life right now without getting involved in NVA business other than what I already do.

You have been fortunate Richard in all the years you have been trading to encounter only one Ebay idiot. Put it down to experience. Ebay always side with the buyer probably because on balance most problems are with dodgy sellers. People who can't package things properly should forfeit the right to a refund and be left to argue it out with the carrier.
