Sorry, I think the speaker cable is more important right now and certainly an SSC as well before too long. Depending on how long I can borrow the AP20 for and if job is ongoing after August, I may ask to keep that as well  :o :shhh:   as I'm enjoying what it's doing into complex crossovered BBC porty thingies 8-)
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way...The time has gone, The song is over, Thought I'd something more to say...

Well you set a precedent so others will expect it. I don't normally do it. My main motivation was to get the comparison with the Rega Brio R which is all I have been trying to do FOR TWO YEARS!!!

Can't you pop it around to little Alex's.

I'm fairly new to all of this NVA stuff - I have lived a sheltered life.
How much better will LS3 be compared to my Van Damme Black series (4 x 2.5mm)? I have never heard it so asking for advice (please be gentle  ).
I currently Bi-amp my speakers (Cyrus CLS 70) so I'll need bi-wire compatible cable. I'll also need to re-arrange my room to drop to 3M lengths, as I currently have much longer cable lengths - about 10m.
Amps are not anything special Arcam Alpha 8 & 8P.

Bi-wire is different to bi-amp don't get them confused.

Cable difference - not a clue - I like and use my cable

If the traded in LS3 lengths come with the usual money back guarantee, you can find out how they compare without any permanent commitment. You don't see it for sale used very often, so worth a try IMHO.

I am Bi-amping, but run a bi-wire cable for convenience.
