Balanced line mains
I am thinking to produce balanced mains unit (BMU) in an external box as a NVA mains power unit to solve all transformer hum and noisy mains problems. The benefits (including musical) of these units will be beneficial no matter the quality of your mains. They will have the usual 30 day return on sales, so no risk to try.
Because of the size and weight of the transformers I will use a Statement style box made of 10mm acrylic with four mains sockets fitted on the top to power your hi-fi. These will be optional as to BS1363 (13amp UK square pin) or Schuko (16amp Euro round pin). Built to order as with all NVA. I may make a special order if people want with BS546 (15amp UK round pin).
Price to be finalised but it would be around £500. Any name suggestions.
Comments welcome, what do you all think.

Re: Balanced line mains
If it's a square box you could go for "Mainscube".
If you want something more fancy, you could use some name that has a link to "balance", such as Libra or even Themis. I doubt fancy names are your thing though, but I felt it worth a mention.

Re: Balanced line mains
But it wont be part of the Statement range, it will be a Black Box product. All Statement products will have it built in. The Statement Range will be TCS (pre / control) TAS (phono) these two can be combined in one box. TDS (mono power amp) TSS (stereo power amp). Products discontinued TFS, and old range products not made anymore TUS (the ultimate statement mono power amp) and TIS (the integrated statement integrated amp) and TES (the emotive statement CD player).

How about "Leading edge Sharpener"jammy395 wrote:+2 for TPS.
It's better than "An Inky Blackness Generator"
