Stu, that makes perfect sense and is what I was thinking of doing for the tweeter. I have another idea too using a dremel tool.

Dan, the idea was to line with lead then paint the entire inside with bison. I can try them without any lining first though to compare the difference.

I don't think you will need lining.

Quite possibly not. At 22mm thick the pipe should be pretty substantial on its own. I’m really interested in hearing these. If these work I can get the pipe in larger diameters to try the 12 inchers.

I’ve collected the pipe this morning, pretty substantial looking stuff. I’m waiting on the 8 inch drivers being delivered and need to get some 18mm plywood. Hopefully I will have everything I need over the next few days.
