Help with Moth RCM

Unread post by zebbo »

Hello all you tech electronics whizzes!
I wonder if you could help me with a wee problem with my Moth Pro Record Cleaning Machine. The problem is that the motor has a 3 position switch - centre is off then up/down is forward and reverse of the motor. Problem is that sometimes the motor flips and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it takes several toggles of the switch before it reverses. I'm guessing that it's one or other of the capacitors that can be seen in the pictures but would prefer a professional opinion before I start just changing stuff. Any ideas? Cheers.
