Ah, so you're not going to veneer them then?
Audio Grail "Sable" Garrard 401 with Cumbrian Green Slate plinth / Audiomods 6 / Benz Micro Gullwing SLR, Phono 2, NVA INT400sa. (Oh and a Copland CDA823 CD Player, for when I fancy a bit of the devil's spawn!) :lol:

No not until I learn how to veneer!!! Haha! I really thought they would look nice stained and varnished.

Iron-on real wood veneers, piece of piss.

I will look into it zebbo. I want to make this pair for as little outlay as possible but would definitely consider a really nice veneer for a future pair. I will do some veneer practice beforehand though. :grin:
