Ok. Now I've failed to solder new plugs on correctly. All was going swimmingly until I realised I solder the second one on without the sleeve. All I've now managed to do is to swap the fault from the right to the left channel.
Question, can you clean off old solder or is it better just to chop the wire again and start from scratch with new plugs?
