I have one of this vintage with inbuilt phono stage. It does not sound as clear as the current P50.

The MM Phono stage is excellent - needs external power supply, though, and this is not mentioned in the ad. Power comes either from a power-amp of the same period or a separate PSU.

Tape input is DIN, which is seldom used nowadays. This preamp has no frontal Tape Monitor switch which even earlier versions did have.
