I realise that this's a special for Shane, but LOL that's some fine customer service right there.
Try getting ANY other hifi manufacturer to do that.

Just back, trouble is while I was there I bought some Italian versions of Jaffa Cakes (much nicer) and some Dark Choc Ices. I have just had three cakes and now on my second choc Ice and I haven't even opened the Maltesers yet
