ADMIN - It is your first post so I will explain, we operate a strict rule of no ad-hominem. Your post is entirely ad hominem. What you should have said is "no they are not omnidirectional and this is the reason", that would be fine it is addressing the subject, but you are addressing and being confrontational to the poster, why, do you know him, or because it is allowed on other forums you think you can do it here. Well you can't, any further examples of it from you will be removed.

Don't wind him up Jammy he is entitled to his opinion, we should encourage him to explain.

To RIAT - see how ad hominem leads to more of it, it is a forum disease, we don't want it here. We enjoy ourselves being rude enough about non members and other forums, and apart from some mild piss take we don't want the conflict here you see on those other forums.

I stand corrected on the omnidirectional nature of these speakers. In my opinion they look like bird tables, but that's just my opinion. And I really don't care how good they may or may not sound because they are priced such that I will never want to find out.

Well I still think they are omnidirectional, which is why I wanted him to explain.

Zebbo - That makes them even sillier

Shane - Jammy has to have them the right size to the mm, these aren't.

Folk's I do believe certain member's of this forum are hell bent on taking the piss out of poor Jammy and his loudspeaker request to have a mere 5mm removed from each side of a pair of NVA Cubes (10mm in total).
Well I can assure you all that my reason's for placing my order (Which was graciously declined) was of the upmost importance to me.
Now I would dearly love to explain to you all why 5mm skimmed from each side of said Loudspeakers should be so imperative and beneficial to me,
But for fear of further ridicule, I am afraid that I simply can not divulge at this time......

The world is simply not ready.

Now be good the lot o ya, and away and annoy the AOS mob.........
